Set yourself a fundraising target

Make sure you set yourself a fundraising target so your supporters know what you are trying to accomplish. This target should be a challenge for you but also achievable with a little help from your friends and family (and co-workers, neighbours…)

Make the first donation

When you make the first donation you’re setting the bar for your family and friends.

Let people know

Let your friends and family know how you’re going and how they can help make your fundraising challenge count. Use these simple pre-written emails to ask for donations, as a gentle reminder of your challenge, or to thank them for helping you dump the junk this November.

Social Media

Update your profile picture or post to Instagram using one of our social pics to tell everyone about your No Junk November challenge or use the facebook frame for a bit of fun!

Leave Pass

A Leave Pass gives people participating in No Junk November the chance to break their challenge for a single meal. It will cost you $25, but you’ll still be making a contribution to heart disease prevention and research.
